When you do a pilot for a reality show you present it to the network then their like either ‘we love it or we don’t’. They loved my pilot but they wanted me to be somebody that I’m not. In this business you could either sell your soul for money or you can do what they tell you to do. I just decided to take another route and just be myself. I have to do what makes me happy and I have to sleep at night, so I can’t sell out.

I just have a lot to say and I want to put it out in books. It’s great and interesting stories.

Yeah, it’s very difficult. I had an assistant, which I thought was one of my best friends and she became obsessed with me. She became a stalker. She was listening to Wiz more than I listened to Wiz. She had Wiz stickers all over, she shaved her head and it was weird and crazy.

Amber Rose was spotted on the scene on Thursday night for the premiere of Smirnoff’s Master Of The Mix DJ competition which she serves as a guest host. Although plans to star in her own reality show and create a new line of shades have been put on hold, she continues to stay busy with roles in two upcoming films as well as plans to release music in the near future. She recently sat down with BET to talk about her what inspired her to pursue a career in music:
I’ve been in the studio constantly working on music. I’m doing club, house, upbeat music. My inspirations are Missy, Pitbull, Fergie—I love the sound of her voice. I’m in the studio every single day no matter if I work 18 hours a day, I’m always in the studio so I’m really taking this very serious. I’ve always wrote music, but it has always been something very personal for me. But I brought my music to Wiz one day and showed him everything and he was blown away. He was like, ‘Baby, you have to do this. Like, you have to. I know you’re quiet, I know you’re shy’ but you know when I’m in the studio, I’m like Sasha fierce. Amber Rose Responds to Kayne. . .
It seems as though that may be what Kanye is going through ever since he split with Amber Rose and she found love in Wiz’s arms. Earlier today, a clip circulated of Kanye freestyling to ‘Runaway’ in Philly while giving a subliminal shout out to Amber Rose. He told the audience,
‘“To the city of Philly, I want to thank y’all for making the incredible person that this song was made for…” before finishing his freestyle with the lyrics, ‘If I told you I didn’t like what you were wearing, don’t listen to me baby because I was being an a$$hole. And you’ll always be fine but the one thing I f*cked up the most was that I thought you’d always be mine.‘
Complex Magazine caught up with Amber Rose today to get her response to his somewhat apology and she says that although she forgives him, she believes he realizes that he was an asshole and is remorseful about it.
I’ll say this—I didn’t even know about it. This is my 50th interview today and every single person has asked me, and it made me go see what the hell they were talking about, because I don’t keep up on the current events of Kanye. I just don’t look him up.
Kanye called me an incredible person, and I take that as an apology. And if it was an apology, I forgive him for being an asshole. I don’t hate him.
A lot of it is just negativity and I don’t like to bring that energy into my life. But I did look at it and he said that, he said um, “When I said that I didn’t like your dress, I was an asshole. When I said that I didn’t like your hair, I was an asshole.”
And he was an asshole. He was. I feel like he gets that now, and he’s remorseful about being an asshole to me.
But he called me an incredible person, and I take that as an apology. And if it was an apology, I forgive him for being an asshole. I don’t hold any grudges. I don’t hate him. I want him to find a girl and for him to treat her better than he treated me.
The next girl, she doesn’t deserve that. I found pure happiness with Wiz. Why wouldn’t I want that for Kanye? I want everyone to have that, to feel the way I feel about Wiz.
Well that was a pretty mature response. Good for her!

Welp,Ms Cat aka Cat Washington from Bad Girls Club 5 made a pit stop by Philly’s new Hot 107.9 recently for an interview with radio host Q Deezy and spilled the tea on her relationship with Drake. According to Ms. Cat, she met Drake on the set of the ‘Best I Ever Had’ video and she moved in with him months later. She dished on why she decided to leave Drake after a year and a half and she also revealed that Drake is working with something in the bedroom. Peep the excerpt below.
On how she met Drake
We met on the set of “Best I Ever Had.” It was real cool! We sat on the bleachers on set directed by Kanye [West]. Having fun, tweeted each other back and forth–real cool. Never thought it would go anywhere just cool, kicking it. The next thing you know I’m in Toronto and we’re having dinner.
He flew me out to Toronto and we started kicking it and liking each other. One flight turned into ten then the next thing you know I got a toothbrush in there and it’s on.
How long did it take for you to get from just dating to a relationship?
Like a month. It was like 0 to 60.
You moved to Toronto?
Yeah, I was actually there and packed up and was like “I’m out….I’m in love.”
Did you meet his mom?
Yeah, she’s a very nice lady.
Did she know you like, “Oh, what’s your name again?” or she KNEW you?
Well, at first it was like that but then it was like, “Oh this hoe is still around, huh? Oh, she’s still here.” After a while it was like, “Hey, Mom!” I’m from Philly and I’m in Toronto now…that’s my boo.
How long did it take you to go from condom to no condom?
That’s assuming there was ever one involved.
On if she was in love with Drake
Of course, it was an awesome relationship. I was in love, he was in love and by the way in the song he said he was in love, so don’t try to switch it up now. I never mentioned you, you mentioned me. It was good. I’m talking family dinners and we in Whole Foods pushing the cart around. It was a regular relationship. I was in love and he was in love but at the end of the day he started getting a little bit too loose. Meaning he pops up in the tabloids with Maliah, trips to Jamaica that I wasn’t invited to or never heard about. I’m from Philly and we don’t go for that.
It’s a problem [when] you had the kind of relationship we had. That was my dude; it wasn’t somebody I was just kicking it with. If you were just kicking it, you can do what you wanna do but I was yours and you were mine.
On if He gave her gifts
He’s a very kind-hearted individual. We traveled a lot and we shopped so of course the price tag got a little expensive. A Car, bills paid..but we were together so it wasn’t like he was tricking.
On if he’s well endowed
He is a phenomenal “peach eater” and he is black and Jewish and the black side is Mandingo.
On why they broke up
Well, we broke up because I wanted to do the Bad Girls Club and that was a whole big issue too. I was like, “I have my own career and I need to move forward to and he was kind of like “I really don’t want you to go on there and embarrass me.” I was like, “Well, you know my career is my career. You know you’re Drake and you’re cool but I need to be cool too. I can’t sit around and try to get pregnant by you and be a baby mama. I need to make a career for myself.”
After they split, Drake wrote a verse about her on the Game’s track ‘Good Girl Gone Bad’.

Rumor Or Real?: Fresh Prince of Belair RETURNS?

“I’d like to address the rumors surrounding mine and Gloria’s relationship,” Barnes’ statement read. “We have reached the difficult decision of ending our relationship and will be going our separate ways at this time. We will work together to raise our sons and wish each other only the best.”

Matt and I feel like marriage is something that should not be rushed into. It wasn’t any outside party. Marriage is something that is definitely our goal but again, we’re not rushing into something that we just feel like isn’t right for us at the time so we’re just taking the time to work on our family.

People have sex without any attachments. That’s a common fact now living in this age of social media and smart phones that are smarter than you. Even so, you may not have an emotional connection to whomever your f*cking but don’t you think it would be in your best interest to only f*ck people you could see yourself reproducing with if it ever came down to that?
If you haven’t, YOU SHOULD.
Sh*t happens. Mistakes have been made. You need to be prepared as much as you can. If you INSIST on having sex with someone whose NOT your partner, if/when the sh*t hits the fan….could you get along with that person in the future? If you were ever to have a child by mistake do you think, better yet, do you KNOW that THAT person possesses great qualities that make being a parent with them okay, even if you two don’t end up being together?
Really take a look at your sex life right now. Whoever your f*cking right now….if that scary sh*t were to happen and you decided to keep it (after pushing you down the stairs didn’t work), could you be okay with them in your life for the next 18 or however many years? Some of you are probably reevaluating your situations right now as you read this post. Seriously, you might be f*cking a dumb@$$ right now…..if you were to get knocked up by that dumb@$$ and kept it….your baby’s father would be THAT idiot.

Kim K To Star in Tyler Perry Film?
YES. So rumors has it that Kim Kardashian will be acting now! She has just been handed a starring role in a new Tyler Perry film, titled ‘The Marriage Counselor’ which begins filming in Atlanta on October 26.
According to Deadline, Jurnee Smollett will play the title character of Judith, the Ivy League-educated relationship counselor who is having trouble keeping her own marriage together. Kim plays Judith’s co-worker Ava who gives her a makeover that boosts her confidence in the midst of her struggles. Judith eventually finds herself in a dilemma when she rekindles a relationship with an old college flame.
The film is Tyler Perry’s 13th collaboration with Lionsgate since 2005.
I mean Kim is a actress. She acts out her life every day for media outlets that suck it right on up but will she do well in an actual film? It looks as though Tyler Perry is banking on Kim Kardashian to give his films a wider appeal after all of the controversy surrounding his films. Kim will equal more press and promotion for Tyler who is hoping to get out of the ‘stereotypical black film’ box. Kim, in return, will capitalize off of Tyler Perry’s following so it will end up being a win/win for everyone. hmmm... I'm going to support the movie, are you all?

4. Go on a real spring break trip. With all the midterms, community service, and organizations that comes with the college experience never forget about your quick trip to paradise.Visit websites such as Student City to plan your next adventure!
5. Give Back. Participate in a community services project totally out of comfort zone. Contact your University’s Student Affairs Office on information on this year’s alternative spring break.
6. Make some long lasting connections. Join an organization that is located off campus or provides branches in different cities! Networking outside of your school can help you make connections with professionals in your field.
7. Buy fashion staples. Invest in a LBD (little black dress) & some sexy stilettos. These are basic pieces in every woman’s closet.
8. Be your own Betty Crocker. Learn how to cook. The microwave can’t always save you from your cooking problems. Google your next dinner recipe.
9. Girls Night In Spend at least one Valentine’s Day with your best friends. Just pop in your favorite chic-flick and invite your girlfriends over. It’s the perfect way to let the best friends how much you mean to them.
10. Show some teacher appreciation. Buy your favorite professor lunch or send them a thank you letter. Let them know that their teachings didn’t fall on deaf ears.
11. Be the HBINC at your school. There’s a difference between being a student at your university and being “the go-to-girl on campus”.
12. Scrapbook all your memories. Make a poster of best moments in college then send it to all of your friends you made at school.
